There, he earned a master’s degree in Film and Television Producing and was mentored by industry giants such as three-time Oscar winner Mark Jonathan Harris and reality TV producer Scott Stone. These mentors provided Majiye with a strong foundation in the art and business of filmmaking.

Majiye’s documentary, “I Am More Dangerous Dead,” showcases his storytelling talent and dedication to social change through cinema. The film, which was nominated for a British Academy Film Award (BAFTA) and won the Directors Guild of America (DGA) Documentary Award, delves into the complexities of activism, legacy, and the pursuit of justice. Through evocative narrative and visual storytelling, Majiye illustrates the profound impact one individual can have on the world.
